Young Africans Sports Club have continued to frustrate the fans of their arch-rivals, Simba SC, by picking up right where they left off.

This comes after they made a powerful statement during the 2024/25 season by securing the signature of one of Simba’s beloved players, Clatous Chama, while he was still a fan favorite at the club.

Heading into the 2025/26 season, Yanga have once again dealt a blow to their rivals by signing Simba’s left-back, Mohamed Hussein, also popularly known as Zimbwe Junior.

At exactly midnight on August 6, 2025, Yanga officially announced Zimbwe as their new player after securing his signature.

It’s not unusual for these two rival clubs to poach players from one another, and now Mohamed Hussein will officially be a Yanga player for the 2025/26 season.
